Darkness on the Edge of Town (Bruce Springsteen, 1978) I've never been a big fan of "The Boss", from what I've heard at least. I just had my first listen to this album, and the first half didn't blow me away, but by the end, it grew on me. Springsteen's voice reminds me of Meatloaf, and all I could think about...
